Melitta Standard French Press

The Melitta Standard French Press is a timeless coffee brewer made from Glass and Stainless Steel. Using a metal mesh filter it allows more oils and flavours in the brew, allowing for a more full bodied and rich coffee drinking experience. 

High quality Heat-resistant glass and a rubber base make for user friendly operation.

Basic French Press Instructions:

• Grind 20g of coffee at a coarse setting and pour into the carafe.
• Add 325ml of hot water to the french press, saturating all the grounds.
• Wait 3-4 minutes, then pour out slowly and enjoy.

French presses and percolators have the longest brew time and thus the highest extraction levels. If done correctly, the French press can make an excellent cup of coffee. Available in a 3 Cup and 9 Cup Press.
