Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original retail packaging and place them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our returns center, ensuring you use a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
